Stef Anderson

Stef joined ERS recently with 15 years’ experience in the public and third sectors at local, regional and national/international scale in policy and research, MEAL, bid development, project management and delivery as well as charity leadership and governance. Her knowledge and experience span a range of policy areas including communities/neighbourhood renewal, economic development, health and social care, international development, domestic abuse as well as arts, culture and heritage. This positions her to produce research and evaluation across a wide range of interests and settings.

She is conversant with HMT Green Book and Magenta Book guidance and has experience of both commissioning and undertaking formative and summative evaluation pre, during and post-delivery to fulfil internal and external monitoring, learning and accountability requirements. This encompasses the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Stef joined ERS in 2023 and is currently leading and supporting evaluations of skills, business support and heritage programmes as well as contributing to research projects on financial education and entrepreneurial inclusion.
