Thea began working for ERS in 2018 as a consultant after graduating from the University of Glasgow. Prior to working at ERS Thea undertook an internship with the Global Institute of Health and Human Rights focusing on medical education in conflict zones. During her studies Thea’s main focus was on areas such as; Theoretical and Philosophical Political Studies, Global Inequality and International Relations/Development, Gender and Development and Environmental Hazards. Despite the global outlook of her studies Thea’s final thesis investigated voting behaviours and protest politics in Bradford. Thea is adept at various forms of quantitative and qualitative analysis alongside proven analytical skills developed through individual and group research.
