Ray Blythe

Ray joined ERS in 2023 as an experienced strategic and operational manager, utilising a range of skills developed over two decades working within the VCSE sector in local, national and international charities. Ray has worked across local government, public health and the charity sector in a variety of professional roles and functions. Her areas of expertise include youth work, volunteering, community engagement and stakeholder management and strategic development. Ray has also served as a school governor in both primary and secondary education establishments and consults on safeguarding and impact management with national and local not for profit and charitable organisations.
Since joining ERS Ray has undertaken the project management of national multi stakeholder evaluations. She is a flexible and dynamic leader, empowering teams and partners across sectors. A trauma informed youth practitioner, Ray enjoys working on projects with young people and empowering disadvantaged, marginalised communities to share their stories and direct change.
