Ashley Philp

Ashley is a Senior Consultant at ERS, having joined the company in 2019 after studying Sociology MSc at Bristol University. Ashley provides supportive capacity across project evaluations, social and community impact assessments and small to large national scale research projects. Ashley specialises in working with community groups and various stakeholders, and is able to comprehensively undertake a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods in line with ethical and ISO 9001 quality assurance practices.

Ashley has led on the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data for a wide range of projects, and ensures that the data gathered is relevant, robust and accurate. Ashley’s experience of data collection has been through various methods including surveys, workshops, focus groups, and interviews with a wide range of groups. Ashley also has experience in conducting analysis and coding of both qualitative and quantitative data alongside skills in report writing.
