Francesca Haswell-Walls

Fran joined ERS in Jan. 2014, and has since developed a portfolio of regional, national, and international programme evaluations for a range of public and voluntary sector clients and funders. Fran is particularly interested in the ways in which culture, arts, and heritage can support development in a range of contexts.

Fran specialises in measuring social impact using qualitative research methods, and has, for example, led focus groups, interviews, and consultation, making research robust, accessible and engaging.

Fran has also delivered capacity-building workshops to grantees and client teams across the UK and internationally in monitoring and evaluation.
