Emma has worked in the fields of regeneration and economic development for more than 15 years.
She began her career working for local government, project managing physical infrastructure projects and developing regeneration strategies.
Emma has a thorough understanding of external funding having monitored an £18m ERDF project to create a new employment zone on a former shipyard site.
Since joining ERS in 2015, she has worked on numerous evaluations, particularly those with a heritage focus. More recently she has been working on a variety of employment programmes, assessing the impact of interventions on those furthest from the labour market.
Emma is an experienced interviewer and is able to develop clear and robust reports based on her findings.
