Chris Barlow

Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in economic and community development.

He began his career at the Tyne & Wear Development Corporation before joining Hartlepool Borough Council where he developed funding bids, managed multi-theme regeneration programmes, developed an anti-poverty strategy and supported community groups to achieve their aspirations.

Chris has also worked in the charity sector and at a local enterprise partnership managing a sub-regional employment programme.

He joined ERS in 2007 and has supported partners with business planning and evaluated a diverse range of projects across the UK.
