summative evaluation studies across a range of area-based
initiatives, thematic programmes and economic development
and regeneration initiatives. This has included studies at
a Programme, Thematic and Project level across all of the
Neighbourhood Renewal areas of Crime, Education, Employment,
Environment, Health and Housing as well as in the area of
Arts and Culture.
Evaluation studies have included:
• Assessment of targeting methodology and intervention
design
• Assessment of implementation processes and delivery
models
• Review of performance management and monitoring systems
• Evaluation of impact including assessment of leakage,
displacement & deadweight
• Cost-benefit analysis and unit cost analysis
• Establishment of focused recommendations
Our evaluation studies adopt a range of qualitative and quantitative
techniques to generate both primary research data and support
detailed analysis of secondary source data pertinent to the
intervention. Our consultants adopt triangulation as a method
of evaluating interventions using data from a variety of source
to enable us to provide balanced, objective and evidenced
based findings and recommendations.
We pride ourselves on providing clients with informative and
usable reports that support decision making, policy development
and improve the effectiveness of delivery.
