Together for Change SRB 5 Programme Evaluation- HWCP (Bristol)
ERS is currently undertaking the final evaluation of the ‘Working
Together for Change’ SRB 5 Programme delivered by Hartcliffe
and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) in south-west Bristol.
The evaluation aims to provide a detailed assessment of the
performance of the programme across each of the three Themes
of ‘Safe & Health’, ‘Working & Learning’
and ‘Local Ownership Balanced Inclusion’.
The evaluation provides a comprehensive and authoritative
impact appraisal of the ‘Working Together for Change’
scheme, looking at the impact of both the SRB 5 and the NRF
allocations respectively and progress against the targets
outlined in the SRB 5 Delivery Plan. The assessment of individual
projects and delivery structures will also enable the study
team to identify essential lessons for future local regeneration
policies and mainstream service provision. Drawing on the
substantial SRB evaluation experience of ERS the study will
also compare the experiences in Hartcliffe and Withywood as
far as possible against those of other similar integrated
regeneration schemes locally and nationally.
