Slough Local Area Agreement (LAA)

ERS were commissioned in July 2006 to help Slough Borough Council and Slough Focus Partnership develop their draft Local Area Agreement.

The commission involved working across both the Council and the Partnership to deliver Block Action Plans for Children & Young People, Healthy Communities and Older People, Safer and Stronger Communities and Economic Development. Through this process ERS and partners in Slough developed and refined appropriate and measurable outcomes, indicators and targets for each block as part of a draft LAA submitted to Government Office South East in September. The team also provided support on drafting appropriate 'enabling measures'.

Following the submission of the Slough's Draft Local Area Agreement, ERS facilitated the annual Slough Focus Conference, which discussed the priorities, outcomes and performance management arrangements of the LAA.
