Simon
Kitchen BA (Hons)
Simon is a Consultant at ERS and has experience of research,
evaluation and community consultation projects. In particular
he has experience of project and programme evaluations
gained through a range of national, regional and local
evaluations of SRB, NDC, NRF, LSCs, NMPs, HMRs and Single
Programme. Simon has also managed the ONE North East sponsored
quarterly publication, North East Property Data, which
charts take up and availability of commercial property
across the region.
Simon joined ERS having previously worked as a Project
Support Officer for SRC, (Social Regeneration Consultants),
and a freelance researcher for Newcastle Community Empowerment
Fund. Having graduated from the University of York with
a degree in History, Simon has developed experience of
quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Simon
also has broad experience of consultation including working
with young people, BME groups, stakeholder and wider community
consultation, focus groups, as well as publicity formulation,
event organising, SPSS data analysis and analytical and
report writing skills.
