Chris
Barlow BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI
Chris
is a Principal Consultant at ERS with experience in project and
programme evaluation and forward strategy development. This expertise
covers the breadth of regeneration themes including employment and
skills, health, community development, education and young people,
community safety, liveability and neighbourhood management.
Chris
has an interest in finding sustainable solutions for improved service
delivery, which requires an understanding of current and emerging
funding streams as well as an appreciation of approaches to mainstreaming
initiatives piloted through the use of discretionary funds. Chris
has practical knowledge of resource analysis and the collection
and compilation of data, particularly in relation to performance
management.
Prior
to joining ERS he worked for Hartlepool Borough Council where he
led the Neighbourhood Renewal function, managed the NRF and Neighbourhood
Element Programmes, supported the LSP Performance Management Framework
and assisted in developing the LAA. Chris is a Full Member of Royal
Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
Chris
is currently on secondment to Tees Valley Joint Strategy Unit .
