Rebecca Raw BSc (Hons)

Rebecca is a Consultant at ERS, based in the Carlisle Office. Rebecca worked previously for Cumbria County Council where she was employed within the Looked After Children Education Service (LACES). Initially Rebecca began working for LACES as a Research Project Officer; conducting research to identify the factors that influence educational outcomes for children looked after by the local authority, before being employed as an Education Welfare Officer, designed to supporting personal education planning. Within this post Rebecca was responsible for supporting colleagues within Children’s Services (including social care professionals, carers and teachers) to follow statutory guidance in relation to the education of looked after children and, the collation and analysis of performance information for presentation to senior managers across Cumbria’s Children’s Services.
