Keith
Burge BA (Hons) MIED
Keith is the Managing Director of ERS and has over 20
years’ experience in economic development and regeneration,
both as a practitioner and consultant. He began his career
at HM Treasury, in the industrial policy division, before
heading North and working for the Northern Development
Company, one of the forerunners to regional development
agency One NorthEast.
Keith has managed and conducted research on behalf of
a wide range of public and private sector clients including
major studies at national level, plus a host of others
at regional, sub-regional and local levels. These have
included drafting economic and regeneration strategies,
evaluations of national and local government programmes
and a variety of learning and skills studies.
