Barham BA (Hons)
Josephine
is a Research Consultant at ERS, based in the Carlisle
office. Josephine joined ERS having graduated from the
University of Reading with a first class degree in Sociology
and a Certificate in Analysis and Research. Josephine
has developed experience of quantitative and qualitative
research methodologies and also has experience of consultations
with a range of different stakeholder groups, as well
as document review, data analysis, and analytical and
report writing skills.
Josephine is currently involved in a range of projects
including: evaluations of employment related programmes
and projects (e.g. Working for Families Fund in Dumfries
and Galloway and Local Labour in Construction for West
Lakes Renaissance); the Evaluation of the Market Town
Initiative in the Northwest for NWDA.; as well as supporting
the development of a Community Database for Oldham Partnership.
