Chris
Barlow BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI
Chris is a Principal Consultant at ERS. He joined the
company in January 2007 from Hartlepool Borough Council,
where he managed the NRF and Neighbourhood Element Programmes,
supported the LSP Performance Management Framework and
assisted in developing the LAA. Chris has considerable
experience in strategy development including Community
Strategy, Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy, theme based
Floor Target Action Plans FTAPs) and Neighbourhood Action
Plan. Chris has practical experience from a range of other
regeneration programmes, including NDC and SRB Chris has
vast knowledge of resource analysis and the collection
and compilation of data, particularly in relation to performance
management.
At ERS Chris has focussed upon NRF, SRB and NDC evaluations,
and economic impact assessment projects. He is a Full
Member of Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
