Benjamin Wohl BA (Jnt Hons)

Ben is a consultant for ERS with experience working across the creative industries in Cumbria. Ben continues to maintain strong networks within the creative sector in Carlisle and North Cumbria. In 2008 Ben graduated from the University of Cumbria with a first class degree Jnt Hons BA in Journalism and Creative Writing. He has previously worked for Carlisle City Council’s Communications department and is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Ben is experienced using qualitative and quantitative research techniques. He has worked on projects for clients ranging from national institutions such as the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) Council and the Community Development Foundation, to working with councils and local and regional organisations. Having trained as journalist Ben has strong interview skills, with experience conducting beneficiary and stakeholder consultation and focus groups. His experience includes monitoring museums in the North West receiving Renaissance in the Regions grant funding to assisting in the evaluation of the £8 million Investing in Business NWDA grant in West Lancashire.
