Victoria
Pagan BA (Hons) MA MCMI
Victoria is a Principal Consultant at ERS with considerable experience
of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies developed
through a range of studies for a wide variety of clients. She has
experience of working with a broad range of initiatives including
Connexions, Renaissance East Midlands, Museums, Libraries and Archives
Partnership North East, Scottish Arts Council, Arts Council England,
Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and the Learning and Skills
Council National Office.
Projects
have included strategy development, evidence base development, support
for programme development, partnership assessments and reviews,
consultation studies, and support to the development of impact and
evaluation frameworks.
Victoria
has a particular interest in work relating to the arts and culture,
organisational / partnership development, young people, families,
education and lifelong learning, utilising a range of consultation
techniques to meet the particular needs of specific stakeholder
groups. Before joining ERS, Victoria worked for Developing Audiences
in the North, the audience development agency which was the forerunner
to Audiences North East. She is also Network Coordinator for the
North East Network of the UK Evaluation Society and a Member of
the Chartered Management Institute.
