Pagan BA (Hons) MA MCMI
Principal Consultant Vicki has considerable experience
of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
developed through a range of studies for a wide variety
of clients. She has experience of working with a broad
range of regeneration initiatives including SRB Partnerships,
NRF Programmes, NDC Partnerships, Connexions and the LSC
National Office. She has a particular interest in work
relating to organisational / partnership development,
young people, families, education and lifelong learning,
utilising a range of consultation techniques to meet the
particular needs of specific stakeholder groups.
Vicki previously held roles at Developing Audiences in
the North (DAN) as a senior researcher and in a mainstream
secondary school supporting young people with special
educational needs. Vicki has completed a Masters Degree
in Management and is currently working towards a Postgraduate
Certificate in Urban and Rural Regeneration. She is also
a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and is
Network Coordinator for the North East Branch of the UK
Evaluation Society.
