Oliver
Allies BSc (Hons) MSc MIED
Oliver is a Principal Consultant at ERS where he has been
involved in the management and delivery of a variety of
initiatives; developing strategies and action plans, delivering
appraisals and conducting project, programme and organisational
evaluations. He has delivered work on behalf of Regional
Development Agencies, Learning & Skills Councils,
Local Authorities, Local Strategic Partnerships, NDCs,
NRF and SRB partnerships. Oliver has a keen interest in
enterprise, skills and innovation activity and recent
work has included supporting the delivery of LEGI round
2 programmes, researching the need for an enterprise development
service in the East Midlands as well as undertaking various
labour market and skills studies.
Oliver joined ERS from the South West Regional Development
Agency where he was involved in managing and appraising
economic development projects and supporting strategic
and partnership development in relation to enterprise,
skills and innovation. Prior to this role Oliver was employed
as Strategy Officer for Sussex Enterprise where he led
the development of the Business Link delivery plan.
