Critiquing the Torbay Economic Strategy 2010-2015, Torbay Development Agency

ERS was asked by Torbay Development Agency (TDA) to review the draft Torbay Economic Strategy 2010-2015 – Accepting the Challenge. ERS provided:

• A critique of the document;

• Validated the analysis relative to the available evidence;

• Offered suggestions on areas where the analysis could be tightened up; and

• Reviewed whether there are particular activities/interventions that could be considered.
