IEP is a three-year programme designed to support SMEs, local entrepreneurs and graduates to undertake innovation activity, ultimately leading to the development of jobs and new-to-market products. The programme is delivered across the West of England LEP areas, including: Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The wider IEP programme is broken down into two distinct strands of support, Innovation4Growth (I4G) and Launch Space.
Digital+ is a three-year programme designed to provide digital support to SMEs and local entrepreneurs, enabling them to adopt and utilise digital technologies, ultimately leading to digital-led business growth. The programme is delivered across the Cheshire and Warrington LEP area.
The British Library Business and IP Centre and national network provides business support, with a specialism in IP advice and business databases through a free service in public libraries. In 2019 ERS produced a report detailing the value of working as a network, the reach of the service, service use and user experience and outcomes for users and impacts of the service.
The Programme is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund, the latter via the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership.
This is a major national study exploring in detail the current and prospective future impact of sea fishing, aquaculture and processing in 16 selected locations.
