Supporting the Development of Hartlepool’s LEGI Round 2 Bid

ERS were recently commissioned to support Hartlepool to develop their Round 2 LEGI Proposal. In particular ERS were asked to co-ordinate the development of interventions for Hartlepool’s LEGI Round 2 Programme.
This supportive role included:

• Arrangement of, and attendance at, meetings of the Voluntary and Community Sector, the Education Sector, the private sector (including Business Link, Tees Valley Regeneration and so on), and the public sector. The purpose of these meetings was to ensure that the strategic focus of Hartlepool’s bid was maintained and that proposals were developed with the following issues in mind:

• Sustainability

• Value for Money

• Integrated and cohesive approach with collaboration where appropriate

• A strong and robust exit strategy

• Linkages to evidence base

• High level outcomes

• Key strategic linkages
